About Us
Win Modern Design was incorporated in 2012 as an interior design company that specialises in both residential and commercial designs with emphasis on modern architecture and custom detailing.
The company ventured into its first project by furnishing the Perling Heights apartment, followed by an interior design contract for a 3-star hotel located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Since 2013, the company has successfully attained and completed various projects such as sales galleries, show units, apartment furnishings and hotels namely AmanSari Hotel Desaru, AmanSari Residence Resort Bandar Seri Alam, Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru, Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre, and Four Points by Sheraton Desaru.

Together with a team of dedicated and passionate designers, we have spearheaded various projects from scratch from forming an idea, to concept development, and finally to concept realisation.
Since 2019, Win Modern Design has ventured into the construction sector. We started off with the construction of a 35-storey 335-room Holiday Inn hotel right in the heart of Johor Bahru City Centre and many more in the pipeline.
Win Modern Design aims to provide integrated services for both interior design and construction services complete with planning and building. Win Modern Design also prides itself as being one of the civil and building contractors in Malaysia with a reputation for successful and timely completion of projects undertaken.
